The Treaty the mainstream media and Biden did not tell you about
The mainstream media’s failure to report and investigate the allegations of whistleblower Tony Bobulinski concerning the Biden family’s alleged international dealings stands in stark contrast to the mainstream media’s blanket coverage of the claims made by an anonymous whistleblower that led to the unsuccessful impeachment of President Trump.
The Treaty Between the United States of America and Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (Treaty) - was ratified by the senate on 18 October 2000.
In transmitting the Treaty to the Senate for approval – then President Bill Clinton wrote:
“The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records, and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state.”
Article 2 provides for the establishment of Central Authorities and defines Central Authorities for purposes of the Treaty. For the United States, the Central Authority is the Attorney General or a person designated by the Attorney General.
Congress Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff did not mention this Treaty once at the highly-damaging public hearings of his Committee. Schiff was either ignorant of - or was seeking to deliberately keep the public uniformed of - its existence.
Remarkably the anonymous whistleblower – a member of the intelligence community – did not mention the Treaty in his lengthy complaint.
Neither did the Inspector General before determining that the anonymous whistleblower’s complaint was "credible"
Joe Biden seemed apparently unaware of the Treaty he helped ratify.
Memory loss is a barrier for someone seeking to become President.
The mainstream media enthusiastically supported the anonymous whistleblower’s allegations.
CNN’s Chris Cillizza led the charge – parroted by so many others:
As far as I can tell, the whistleblower very accurately described what Trump did. The President a) raised the issue of corruption by the Bidens (although no evidence of said corruption by Joe or Hunter Biden exists) …
No evidence of corruption by the Bidens – when this questionable decision by Joe Biden was known?
“I remember going over and convincing our team, others, to convince that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev. And I was supposed to announce that there was another billion-dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn't.
So they said they had-they were walking out to a press conference. I said, nah, I'm not going to-or, we're not going to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You're not the president. The president said-I said, call him. (Laughter.) I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting the billion dollars. I said, you're not getting the billion. I'm going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I'm leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money. Well, son of a b-tch. (Laughter.) He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.”
CNN now refuses to report on or investigate Bobulinski’s allegations that very accurately detail what the Biden family has done.
The mainstream media is keeping voters in the dark.
